- All athletes are released at 11:40 for lunch for home games and meet coaches on the fields at 12:00 dressed.
- All athletes are released at 10:40 for lunch for away games and meet coaches at the amphitheater dressed at 11:00. The bus will leave at 11:15 promptly.
- All games begin at 12:30 sharp
- Mandatory game stoppage time is a firm 2:00
- Bus departs for home school at 2:00-2:10 with or without students
- Buses should arrive at 2:30 for normal after school release
